Top Shoulder Workouts (Science Based)
The top shoulder workouts include the Overhead Press, where you stand and press weights overhead from your shoulders, then lower them back down. Lateral Raises involve standing with dumbbells and lifting your arms to the sides up to shoulder level. Front Raises and Shrugs are also essential, involving lifting weights in front of you to shoulder height and elevating the shoulders respectively.
