Top Leg Workouts (Scienced Based)
For leg workouts, the Squat is fundamental, where you lower into a sitting position with weights and then stand back up. Leg Presses involve pushing weight away using your legs while seated in a machine. Lastly, Lunges are performed by stepping forward into a knee-bend and then stepping back to the starting position, working both the front and back of the legs.
